Yavuz is a dedicated instructor who guides our practice down to the smallest details. Pilates is an exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen muscles,increase flexibility and improve the general health of the body.

The main purpose of Pilates exercises is to ensure mind-body integrity. For an efficient workout,each exercise focuses on breathing and correct movements. Pilates strengthens the body’s core and reduces stress by increasing balance and coordination.

You will usually start to feel the difference in your body in a short time like 10 classes, your body will get stronger and stretch in the first month, you can have a completely different body at the end of 30 classes. It is enough to do Pilates 2 or 3 days a week.
You can do Pilates every day.

All classes are 50 minutes long.

Lessons which are not cancelled 12 hours before planned time will be considered to be done.

Lessons are planned to give you the maximum benefit, therefore it’s important to start and finish the lessons on time.

Grip socks are required to be worn during lessons.

It is requested not to use intense perfume/fragrance
